Privacy (data minimization)

• No advertising. No tracking pixels. No data resale.
• No user profiling. We do not build marketing profiles.
• We minimize data. We only process information you voluntarily provide for delivering the service.
• Email reality. If you email us, we receive standard email metadata and the content you send.
• Retention. We do not intentionally retain personal data longer than needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time.
• Third parties. If we use infrastructure providers (email/hosting), they may process data solely to deliver their services to us.
• Security. We take reasonable measures, but no system is perfectly secure.

Terms (strict)

• Not legal advice. Outputs are informational only.
• No guarantee. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, suitability, awards, or outcomes.
• Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for compliance, submissions, and any resulting obligations.
• Service limitations. The service may miss opportunities or misclassify items. Use your own judgment.
